Fosta Marine previously known as Seastar Educare was established in 2010 a venture to form a unique and powerful impact on the education system. Our intention is to introduce ourselves to the students and give them an opportunity to study abroad at a reasonable cost. We encourage students to study abroad and gain the required knowledge but at the same time bring back their acquired wisdom for the betterment of our own country. With the advent of overseas education, hundreds of opportunities have emerged over the past few years. Companies have deviated from their main focus, which is, EDUCATION.

At Seastar, we as a team aim to educate a student about the advantages of studying abroad and, if they choose to then return to their home country. We believe that the youth of India must travel for experience, exposure and education. Fosta Marine Mumbai was established in 2010 and has been successful in sending under graduate and postgraduate students to the United Kingdom/ USA/ Canada/ France/ Australia. We at Seastar aim to provide the student with the best services and guidance for their further education. All these services provided are offered at absolutely NO COST along with counselling to fit the right school for the right student and completion of the entire visa program. Seastar Educare provides extensive career counselling and consultancy services to students, individually meeting with the student regarding educational and vocational aspects.

Our career counsellor will determine what the students desires are with regard to what they wish to pursue as a career once they graduate from the educational establishment. We will also make sure the institution will formulate various opportunities for the students with regards to their career options and job opportunities. Some of the schools also offer a hundred percent job guarantee at the end of the course.
