  • Minimum 12 Months of Sea service including Watch Keeping Certificate service as a watch keeping officer whilst holding a 2nd mate OOW Certificate of Competency STCW95 Officer of the Watch. Discharge book entries verifying sea service
  • Sea service Testimonials to verify your on-board performance and Sea time Sea service Assessment will be done by MCA through NOE

If you wish to Apply for NOE Prior to College enrolment, we charge Initial deposit of INR 30000 which will later be adjusted with your college fees or Visa fees.
  • NOE is Mandatory in order to appear for orals in UK. You can either apply the same before or after you go to UK
  • It would be advisable to do your NOE before booking your course. If you doubt that some of your sea time may not be counted by the MCA for what so ever reasons (for e.g. missing documents, no stamps on the CDC, company did not give sea service letter, sailed on Gulf ships, etc.).
  • If your documents are found to be forged all your documents will be seized and you will not be allowed to sit for exams in the UK again.
  • NOE is valid for 5 years & if used for orals then it is valid for 3 years since the issue date.
